Explorer Pass offers discounted access to dozens of family-friendly venues in the Phoenix area. Once your pass is purchased you will receive an email with instructions on how to add your pass to your phone’s wallet. Each pass is assigned to a unique individual and most can be used up to once per day. Unlike other local passes, this one can be used over and over so YOU control how much you save,

While it is designed for children, Explorer Pass caters to people of all ages. Take a look at the venues and decide if Explorer Pass is right for you. In most cases, just one use per month pays for itself.
No. Use the pass for as long as you’d like. When you are ready to cancel, log in to the Customer Portal by clicking Help – Customer Portal. Once you cancel, use your pass for the remainder of the month and then you won’t be charged for the following month.

First, make sure your phone is unlocked. Then open your phone’s wallet and show the vendor your pass. If they don’t have a wifi enabled device to check you in, just click the three small dots, PASS DETAILS and the link the Check-In.
